Selfcare Sunday Waffles

The perfect occasion for our delicious Belgian waffles. What do you like to eat most when you are having a good time? If you like waffles as much as we do, we have the perfect recipe for your next Sunday brunch ūüėä. ‚†Ä

Ingredients:⠀
400 g gluten-free, ground oat flakes

2-3 bananas
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda⠀
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tablespoons maple syrup⠀
400 ml vegetable milk

Preparation: Mix the ground oat flakes with baking powder, baking soda and lemon juice. Do not be frightened when it starts to foam. Then add the bananas, the maple syrup and the vegetable milk and mix everything with a blender. When everything is mixed, just put the dough in portions into the greased waffle iron. ⠀
The waffles taste particularly good with a little coconut yogurt, fresh fruits and our delicious manioc chips crunched as topping ūü••ūüćď. ‚†Ä
