Veganes Ceviche mit Pilzen - el origen

Today we have a simple, healthy recipe from Latin America for you 😋 ⠀

Have you ever heard of Ceviche?

Ceviche is a dish that is very popular in the coastal regions of Central and South America. It is one of the national dishes in Peru. It is traditionally prepared with raw fish and seafood in combination with lime juice that "cooks" the fish. Today we want to offer you a delicious vegan alternative🌿: ⠀

Ingredients:⠀

  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 200 g tomatoes⠀
  • 1 small avicado ripe for eating
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Chillies to taste
  • cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation: Squeeze the limes. Cut the mushrooms and the onion into fine strips and put them together with the lime juice for at least 30 minutes to "cook" the mushrooms. ⠀
Cut the tomatoes, peppers and avocado into small cubes and mix into the ceviche together with the olive oil. Chop the coriander and chillies and add it as you like.Put a little bit of salt if necessary. ⠀

As a side dish, you can eat sweet potato slices and green salad or our crunchy manioc chips. The ceviche can also be prepared very well and kept overnight in the fridge. ❄️😍. ⠀⠀
