120 g buckwheat flour
120 g plantain flour
40 g cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 bananas
250 ml almond drink
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
10 dates
60 ml maple syrup
4 tablespoons peanut purée
The recipe:
Mash the bananas with a fork and add the dry ingredients. Then mix the almond drink with apple vinegar, the dates, maple syrup and peanut butter in a mixer and then stir into the dry ingredients. Now grease a box form with a little oil and put the dough into the form. Then cut another banana lengthwise and place it on the dough. Bake the banana bread at 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
