"Which highly sought-after varieties are we still missing?" we asked ourselves and you. The answer was quickly clear: Delicious cheese flavor, the ever-popular classic Sour Cream & Onion, and spicy, smoky-sweet BBQ notes. But vegan, without palm oil, and without much fuss. We imagined this irresistible trio on super crispy plantain and cassava chips and immediately agreed: This has to happen!
So, two team members headed to Ecuador to our production site. With various spices in tow, we wanted to create the perfect blend right there. We mixed, tasted, discarded, and perfected as much as possible. After many rounds of experimentation with the production team on-site in Quito, we returned with three final recipes – and these are exactly what we are now presenting to you in their finished form:
